All bowls vary slightly in volume, However, the average Coconut Bowl holds 300 - 500 ml. Each coconut bowl is polished with organic virgin coconut oil. *Stands are attached using White wood glue (food safe). PROPER CARE RECOMMENDATION Wash your coconut bowls like your ordinary bowls, but do not soak for a long period of time. Do not expose to extreme temperature (very hot or cold temperature exposure, e.g. refrigerator, microwave) as it can make the bowl brittle and susceptible to breakage. Avoid sudden drops as it may create cracks or worse break the entire bowl. After washing, let it dry and store in a room temperature. The bowl may become dry and lost its moisture after several use. You can polish the bowl with oil, (eg virgin coconut oil after every 10 uses or when it lost its moisture) to moisturize and bring back its shiny texture.  Like ordinary food bowls, coconut bowls can be used for warm and cool food. ✅MEASUREMENT.
