Seller Missions Terms and Conditions


The Seller Missions Program (“Program”) is a program organized by Shopee where participating sellers (“Sellers”) can participate in completing several missions and get prizes in accordance with these Seller Missions Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"). The following T&Cs apply to the Program, which may be amended by Shopee from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion.  By participating in the Program, Sellers are deemed to accept and be bound by these T&Cs.

 

For the purposes of these T&Cs:

 

"Missions" are one or more missions that must be completed by the Seller listed on the Seller Mission program page.

 

"Prizes" are one or more benefits that can be obtained by a Seller who completes the mission listed on the Seller Missions program page.

 

Sellers can open the Seller Missions menu on the Shopee app. On the menu start page, the Seller can see the missions that the Seller can complete. Each Seller may have a different Mission depending on the Seller's status.

 

Sellers are required to complete up to 5 (five) Missions in order to unlock other Missions that can be completed by the Seller. The maximum number of Missions that can be seen by the Seller at one time is 10 (ten).

 

Each Seller can only complete each Mission and claim the Mission completion reward once. Sellers are able to claim Prizes by clicking ‘Claim’ button on the ‘Rewards’ page once they have completed a Mission.

 

Any completion of Missions and use of rewards earned by Seller is subject to Shopee's prevailing policies.

 

Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable in any form and cannot be reissued for any reason.

 

Shopee has the right to suspend and/or terminate the Seller’s participation in the Program if Shopee finds any indication of fraud or abuse by Sellers. In addition, Shopee has the right to refuse awarding of Prizes that are linked to actual or suspected invalid or fraudulent accounts.
