Rather than being discarded, they are sold at a lower rate after failing the factory's quality inspection (mataas standards nila sis!) The manufacturing flaws may include cosmetic blemishes (scratches, peeled off clear coating, air bubbles), misprints, and rough spots that are hardly noticeable. So, please, manage your expectations. - Don't worry, I send photos of the minor flaws (if there's any) UPON request.
