AUTOOL SDT103 Automobile Smoke Leak Detector is a professional automobile pipeline leak detection tool without an air pump. It can help us quickly and accurately locate the leakage of the automobile and motorcycle piping system, such as: intake system test, exhaust system test, automobile sealing test, fuel tank system test.

Notice:

There is no air compressor and air pump inside SDT103. If you want to buy a leak detector with an air pump, it is recommended to buy SDT106.

Main unit structure:

Hook: hang on the detector when detecting.

Working indicator light: light up when the detector is working

Power switch: turn on the power, the detector works

Smoke output pipe: the smoke exhaust port connected to the detection port

Power Clamp: Connects to the car battery. The voltage is DC12V.

Warn:

1. When you use this AUTOOL SDT 103 Auto Smoke Leak Detector for the first time, add 10ml oil. Be careful not to exceed this range.

2. Test liquid: both liquid paraffin and baby oil are fine.

3. New oil can only be refilled when the smoke becomes thinner, and each refill should not exceed 20ml.

4. Before adding new oil, please pour out the remaining oil in the detector and replace the detector oil regularly.

5. During the leak detection process, please stay away from smoke-sensitive parts.

6. Do not run the detector continuously for more than 8 minutes. Intermittent rest is required.

7. The detector has an intelligent protector. If it exceeds the working limit, such as exceeding 75°C, it will automatically turn off the power. In this case, please try again later.

8. The circular part of the detector is hot, please pay attention to avoid burns.

9. If the test tube needs to be disconnected in the middle, please fix the other side with a rubber stopper.
