It is best to consult with your physician before using the Sinaya Cup. 2. NEVER use the Sinaya Cup for more than 12 hours w/out emptying the contents. You may set an alarm for 12 hours to remind you to remove & rewash your cup 3. NEVER use one Sinaya Cup for more than 5 years. It is best to change your cup every 2 years. 4. Due to the nature of product usage, you cannot exchange/refund your Sinaya Cup once your purchases have been sent out unless there are factory defects or incorrect fulfillment of your order. 5. The Sinaya Cup is NOT prewashed. You must sterilize your cup for the first use. 6. Do NOT resell/share your used Sinaya Cup. 7. The Sinaya Cup is NOT a contraceptive. It does not protect against pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases, or infections. 8. For first-time use, if you experience cramps during your first days of menstruation, we recommend trying out the Sinaya Cup on days you do not have cramps, to ease the learning curve difficulties.
