Directions: 1. Shampoo hair gently with a mild shampoo. 2. Towel dry the hair to the degree of dryness as follows: Normal Hair - towel dry thoroughly and pre-saturate with a little perm lotion (lotion 1) Tinted or Porous Hair - towel dry and leave hair medium wet Bleached or Damaged Hair - blot excess water and apply a little treatment to damaged parts. 3. Select the desired size rods and wind the hair. 4. After finished winding of rods, saturate each wound rod with perm lotion (1). 5. Development time: With perming cap - 8-15 mins Under Solar/Heater - 5-10 mins 6. Take test curls after processing time or every 5 minutes until desired curl pattern is achieved. 7. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and blot dry with towel. 8. Shake Lotion 2 and apply thoroughly to all the wound rods and process for 5 minutes. 9. Rinse out thoroughly with lukewarm water. 10. Remove the rods by unwinding, do not pull out the rods. 11. Rinse the hair thoroughly until cleaned.
