Pantai Yellow Curry Paste has a mild fairly sweet taste with a little bit of spice. Yellow Thai sauces makes for a healthy and comforting curry. Ingredients Shallot, Lemongrass, Salt, Dried Red Chili (15%), Galangal, Turmeric Powder, Curry Powder (2%), Coriander Seed, Cumin, Kaffir Lime Peel, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid: E330), Cinnamon This product contains coriander and cumin. YELLOW Curry Chicken (Serving Size: 3-4 Persons) Ingredients: 4 tbsps Yellow Curry Paste “Pantainorasingh Brand” 1 ½ Cup Coconut Milk “Pantainorasingh Brand” (approx. 1 can x 400ml) 1 tsp. Fish Sauce “Pantainorasingh Brand” 200g Chicken Breast (Cut in small pieces) 2 Chicken Drum Stick 1 tsp. Palm Sugar 2-3 tbsps. Cooking Oil ½ Cup Water 1-2 Red/ Yellow Chili (Sliced) Preparation: Heat cooking oil in frying pan. Add the YELLOW Curry Paste and fry till fragrant. Slowly add ½ cups of Coconut Milk and fry till fragrant. Mix 1 cup of Coconut Milk with water and stir well. Add the mixture into the frying pan. Add Chicken Beast, Chicken Drum Stick and boil until fully cooked. Season with Fish Sauce and Palm Sugar. Serve hot and sprinkle with Red/ Yellow Chili..
