Description

PCD anesthesia used by pmu, spmu and tattoo artist for lip cosmetic tattoo. Original with certificate. Directions: 1. Wash the area with soap and water. 2. Dry the area using cotton or cloth 3. Apply PCD patch and rub in. 4. Leave it for about 20-30 minutes. 5. Wipe it dry with cotton to remove residue. 6. Start the procedure.
