OATLY oat milk, which is popular in Sweden, uses oats as the main ingredient and does not contain lactose, milk protein and soy ingredients. When should you use it? Whenever you would use old-school milk from cows — chilled in a glass, for cooking or baking — in exactly the same amounts.
