If the machine is not working, inform the seller immediately through chat

Return the item within the limited warranty period of 7 days to the seller to avail the replacement

Make sure the item to be returned is in good condition like packaging and spare parts, and a copy of proof of purchase must be included

Damaged due to mishandling and broken or missing spare parts will be charged to the customer

Basic trouble shooting (possible air-lock): Before starting the machine, kindly try filling the water tank up to the max line then loosen the spring at the bottom of the tank by pressing it up and see if the water flows. Please remember to use ambient or cold water and NEVER hot water. Also please make sure that your tank is leveled in the machine. This is to assure the water will flow well inside.
