The Lunacup is a reusable menstrual cup made of medical grade silicone.
It is designed to be folded and inserted into your vagina to collect your menstrual blood.
Once inside, it opens up and sits lower than a tampon. It is held in place by your vaginal muscles.
The Lunacup is intended to be emptied, rinsed and reinserted every 4 to 8 hours.
It can be used safely overnight and when travelling, swimming or exercising.

1. It’s my first time using a menstrual cup, which size should I use?
If you are new to a menstrual cup, we recommend you to start with a small size of Lunacup. There are a few reasons why you should start with a small size. First, the vagina is very flexible organ. So if you have no experience in using a menstrual cup, you probably need to have an adaptation period to stretch your inside of vagina. We suggest you to use a small first, after getting used to it, try a large size of cup.
2. How can I care my Lunacup?
Before use Lunacup, you must sterilize the cup by submerging it in a mug or bowl with hot water for 5 minutes. After sterilizing, make sure you dry the cup perfectly and store it in a pouch. If the cup is exposed to the sunlight (UV rays), the discoloration can be occurred. When you wash the cup, we don’t recommend you to use a soap or cleanser with a strong scent, just wash it with clean running water only so you can prevent your cup from stain.
3. When can I expect to receive packages?
The delivery time generally takes about 7-10 days for Philippines. (Considering the COVID 19 situation, sometimes it can take more than 10 days)
4. How long does Lunacup last?
Lunacup’s expiration date is two years. Even if it’s close to the expiration date, the cup can be used for two years after opening. According to the result of the quality test, it can be used for up to eight years without any quality changes. If you care your cup well, as long as the cup is not deformed or sealing is not perfect, you can use it until 5 years.
