Q: Is it necessary to test product on a small part of skin?

A: For first time users, yes! Any skin care product should be tested on a small patch of skin to check for any allergic reactions to any of the ingredients. If irritation occurs, it means that you’re allergic to one of the ingredients and you should discontinue use.

Q: How long will it take to see results?

A: Results may vary since skin type varies from person to person. Some reported seeing lighter underarms in as little as 7 days, for some 3-4 weeks. If you know that you have extremely dark UA, it may take longer than that. Continue using until desired result is achieved. There are also other factors why the color of the UA is not improving, eg: constant shaving, tight clothing, another brand of deo; so be sure to check on those too! Also, it’s best to use the trio (4x soap, cream, deo spray) for optimal results.

Q: Is it safe for pregnant and lactating moms?

A: There are no harmful chemicals in our products like hydroquinone (the ingredient found in most rejuvenating sets) so it’s safe for pregnant and lactating women. All whitening actives are safe and free from harsh chemicals.

Q: Can I use the product after waxing, shaving, plucking?

A: No! Creams and sprays may cause increased sensitivity and irritation due to the follicles being compromised after hair removal. After waxing, don’t use any product on the treated area for 2 days.
