Half-fill a pot with water and bring to a boil over high heat. 2. Place a steamer rack topped with a clean wet paper towel or cloth on top of the pot. 3. Place the Golden Lava Salted Egg Yolk Buns (with parchment paper intact) on top of the wax paper. Arrange each piece comfortably, approximately 2-3 cm apart. 4. Cover the pot and steam over high heat for around 5 minutes, or until bun is moist and springy to the touch. 5. Remove from the steamer using heat resistant tongs. 6. Transfer to plate, serve hot, and eat immediately.
