All live plants we sale are rooted. We ship out without pot (UPROOTED SHIPMENT), we securely pack the roots with minimal amount of soil to avoid dryness and wrapped it with plastic. Actual plants was also wrapped by banana leaves or paper to protect them from damage. We secure and carefully pack the plants for its safety for the long travel. Plants may encounter yellow and leaves fall off because of the stress during travel and adjustment time on repotting. NOTE: PLEASE BE REMINDED BUYER ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK WE PACK OUR PLANTS PROPERLY HOWEVER WE ARE OUT OF CONTROL ON MOVEMENT OF SHIPMENT, SHIPPING DELAYS AND MISHANDLING THAT MAY OCCUR.
